Hilwert is an imported Ster Stallion who was selected for the Central Stallion Examination and made it to the third round in Netherlands.   Hilwert was imported to Australia in 2006 by Van Gelder Friesians in South Australia and was also granted a breeding permit by the FPS.  Hilwert's pedigree stems from the oldest Stam Line, One.

Hilwert's Sire Nanning is from the sire Teunis who also has another approved son, Monte 378, and his Dam is by Ludse who sired the Grand Prix Studbook Stallion Adel 357.

Hilwert is currently being campaigned by Heather Currie in Dressage and placed 6th in his age group at DWTS.  Hilwert is a very large built stallion with a natural talent for performing dressage.
